The Kings of The Weekend are finally going back home after this weekend.

Gagasi FM has confirmed the termination of Sphectacula and DJ Naves contract, with effect from the 2nd August.
The duo have co-hosted The Kings Drive with Nomfundo Clarisa between 15h00 and 18h00 on weekdays since 2017, their three-year legal binding contract was going to end in May 2020.
According to the media statement that was released by Gagasi FM, the station have engaged with both Sphectacular and DJ Naves about the premature termination of their contracts, their departure from the station and the legal implications of their contractual obligations to Gagasi FM.
The Kings of The Weekend are going to take over MoFlavaDj's Afternoon drive show on SABC Metro FM this coming Monday.
The statement highlighted how the SABC has hastly targeted the Gagasi FM's talent in the middle of their contracts on two occasions, in a space of 6 months.
The radio station commended itself on the good job it does when it comes to grooming and identifying talent.
"Gagasi FM has consistently displayed its ability to groom and to identify talent, and actions by the SABC radio stations over the past few months seem to affirm this," the statement read.
On the other hand, the station is in the process of finalising the line-up in response to the hasty departure of Sphe and Naves. Temporarily, DJ Sonic will join Clarissa to host the Afternoon Drive as stand-in. Njinga will stand in for Sonic on his evening slot on weekdays between 22h00 and 01h00.
There will be no disturbance on other shows as they will continue as per normal ti
me channels.
An announcement partaining the future of the afternoon drive show is set to be made in due course.
